Just wanted to re-run this thread from a couple of months ago. It looks like the property that closed for 615k affected the market as predicted. That house today would be right in the middle of a bunch of other places for sale. I wonder when the next, “comp-killer” will hit. I suspect we will be able to re-run the current SEH thread in two months and say the same thing.
