Just read FLU’s post about his assessment going up. No wonder he’s so gloomy. He sees the value of his house going down every day while at the same time his property taxes keep going up.
Luckily for me, I’m a Prius driving renter, so I don’t have those problems. High gas prices are only going to make things better for me.
