Just Lurking, I’m interested in your take on the Mom Vibe in these 3 areas. We’ve been considering Carmel Valley in gerneral but it seems so spread out, with one area blending into the next (i.e. Pacific Highlands Ranch and Del Mar Highlands area to Del Mar Mesa and Carmel Country Highlands.)
Mom vibe is key to being happy where you live, noone can dispute that! But exactly what it is, I’m hoping you’ll share.
