Just came back from there, Plan 1 was the best layout out of the three… i like that there is not formal living room, which makes the kitchen/family room combo feel alot bigger.
Also the cover patio option is a great addition, great use of space and makes the appeal of the home much more inviting…
pricing for plan one was around 650k.
Sales agent lady told me HOA sb around 180 (for common area and a mini park like area)…which means u don’t get squat…$180 x 130-140 homes… = a whole lot of money….
