JT downtown has come down ALOT from the peak. Yet prices are still crazy so that goes to show just how f’d up things were, and still are. Prices are still crazy there because sellers have not yet caved. Similarly there must still be some buyers who are forking out the money and contrary to what you or I would pay, they will pay more. Frustrating but true. I do not see downtown turning around soon. Hang in there and give it time.
