That is a good point, jpinpb. very good. According to that website, indeed La Plage and Windwood don’t have HOAs. Among the two, I’d probably take La Plage being newer and larger, and next to a playground, only IF the particular unit doesn’t back into 56…

I’ll keep that in mind of course. We like newer, low/no maintenance because we are not handy and don’t have the time/energy to fix up a place much.
