jp, I don’t know that area well but it is on the far edge of 92103. You could almost consider it University Heights. It does seem like a good deal but I don’t think the place was ever worth anywhere near 900k. This one is pretty close by and newer:

It sold for 700k.
I have noticed that some higher end houses in 92103 are starting to sell. I wonder if the jumbo loan market has loosened up a little.
