Going to the I-15 is bad because you have to take MM blvd. But b/c Sorrento Valley blvd traffic is usually light and there are few intersections, it takes only about 5-7 minutes to get to the I-5S and 8-10 minutes to get to the I-5N.
woww for home with schools in mira mesa, the price is too high…The other problem is, this place is away from all the high ways…so it takes at least 15 minutes (up to 30 mins during peak hour) to get to I-15. It would take 10 to 15 minutes to go to I-5, It would take 10 to 15 minutes to go to I-805. It would take 20 minutes to go to CA-56…not a good location except that you will get the ocean breeze during summer.

Maybe the walls in these homes are better than the ones in Carmel Valley. remember, it’s all about build quality.. Oh wait, we’re talking about pardee.
Folks to be fair, I’ve attended some of these “grand openings”. True a lot of people show up and interested. But after the big fanfare and etc, I’m really curious how many people will put a deposit down….Not arguing one way or the other…We’ll see.
