I’ve stopped using Zip for anything. I recall in the past that once you selected your ‘search area’ that you couldn’t randomly search other places (e.g. other sta.tes or metro areas).
With sites like realtor.com, redfin and sdlookup I see absolutely no reason to use Zip realty
