I’ve noticed that down turns per zip in SD COUNTY are largely varied. I’ve found a nice town home in Point Loma that I’m seriously considering, but my husband is essentially concerned that we might be jumping in to soon. I’ve done some research and found that the 92106 area really only dropped 2.3% since 2007 according to MDA Dataquick reports. Anyone have a comment about this? Per zip does make sense to me. I think the drop in prices are heavily scewed by the areas that are hardest hit. I want to live in Point Loma because my husband is Navy and we want to be close to the Sub Base for obvious reasons. Traffic down Roscrans in the morning can be hairy at best. Advice???
