I’ve heard that frequent trips to the bank safe deposit box is evidence that can be used in court. I assume that a plaintiff can get a court order to see if there’s valuables in the box. Most people hide jewelry and valuables in safe deposit boxes. You’d be better off stashing gold in the walls of your house.
