I’ve given up on comparing salaries a long time ago… Beyond a certain threshold…It’s not about what you make but how what you do with it. My salary from my full time job is just that. To pay for bills and to keep my health insurance….
So in essence I’ve stopped caring…Especially since my effective tax rate this year was ridiculously low with a bunch of deductions….And probably would have been even lower if wrote off a bunch of other stuff that others said I could but nevertheless didn’t for risk of it raising some red flags…
I’ve seen the light…It really sucks to be a W2 with no deductions…I would have been bleeding to pay for all more for all this crap without deductions. Can’t beat the system, join it…
