I’ve done this program before with a 1985 prelude that had over 250,000 miles on it. It’s a gross polluter program so your car has to fail smog and still be drivable. You submit the paperwork and then they send you down to one of the car wreckers in Otay where you hand them the keys and they hand you a check for 1,000.
