I’ve been pretty happy with SD County Credit Union’s fraud prevention. I’ve inadvertently set it off a couple of times (once by buying a cup of coffee in Lemon Grove). It can be a bit of a pain, but a quick 10 minute call takes care of it. I also like that I can just walk into a branch and ask for a new card and number and they just “print” one out right there on the spot.
