I’ve been in that house several times going back at least 5 years on the market. It borders the entrance in Encinitas Ranch and overlooks the unused elementary school site. Also picks up noise from Quail Gardens Drive. If thats a 1.8M house, I’m a Radio City Rockette. I’d take $1.2M over that house. Its gotta a ploy to get media attention. No one in their right mind would take that house over $1.5M.
