It’s not just public schools. I’ve heard similar things about some of the higher end private schools (Frances Parker, La Jolla Country Day).
There are idiot parents everywhere. And unfortunately, they often raise idiot children.
Our job as parents is to teach kids that life isn’t fair, and how to deal with that. And how to deal with bullies and idiots.
I hope your daughter’s school experience improves.
