Its my neighborhood. I know with 100% certainty which houses they are on based upon the street name. If I want to I can check the loan balances and default amounts on the tax records. It is very easy for me to make apositive ID because i know the situations behind each of those homes and have for years. I have tools you dont.
The people on this blog who were around know who I am talking about and that is who I am speaking to. People have stood up to me since day 1 around here and I encourage that. I encourage asking questions and challenging opinions. There have been some great posters around here. Sadly you are not in that group.
Yes that is exactly what i am claiming. Someone intimiately involved in a market with the education, skills and experience to interpret what is going on and speaking honestly is always the best source, not some tool cutting and pasting in cyberspace. If you could find a used car salesman like that they too would be a great source possibly the best source of info on buying a car.
I could care less that others lack training, experience or knowledge. They arent good sources of information. There are realtors out there that have tons of training, education, experience or knowledge. You paint with too broad a brush and that is your downfall.
