It’s in our long term plans for our casita. When the in-laws no longer need it we’ll start renting it out. It’s literally in our yard. (Big lot, though, so privacy for all parties.)
The things mentioned here all make sense to me- get to pick the neighbor. We’ll price it so they want to stay – so will behave well.
