Time and again its been proven that watching interest rates and expecting the market to follow them is a folly yet you roll out that nonsense again. Cmon Brian, you know better than that. Its the economy not the interest rates. If the economy picks up the housing market will Zoooommm!!! If it doesnt the market will continue stagnating until it does.
