What is guaranteeable is that around 50% or more of the down side risk from peak is gone, rates are low, Properties “look” cheap in some cases.Is it a case of “no balls no blue chips” or “chicken little”? Probably neither if the “chicken little” thing isn’t pathological.Still the story former owner linked about the suburbs give me the creeps a little bit.
