It’s a funny ad, I think it’s just meant as a joke. I sometimes feel like posting “Realistic Home Seller Ad Wanted”.

I like craigslist and visit every day. I sold my car in 3 days for 2x what the dealer offered for a trade-in. I met the buyer at his place of work.
