It’s a beast for sure. I like MH but the mello-roos is a tough pill to swallow though they do have a nice community center/pool. I have a price target for MH that will trigger my purchase…it may be short of the 75/sq foot (which may pan out and may not). If predicting the bottom in real estate for a particular area were an exact science that could be bottled up, then I suspect many of Piggs would not be posting here and would be flying around in their private jets giving seminars and selling their secret formula 🙂
