It was interesting, the realtor ( Realtard ? ) was a women who was not familar with the area, nor do I believe had she ever sold anything in Del Cerro. From her appearance and attitude appeared to be more at home in La Jolla, 4S, RSF or one of those areas where if ( in the old days )you had to ask the price you shouldn’t be shopping at that store or neighborhood.
Anyone attuned to Del Cerro at the time knew she was $ 200 – 300K too high ( except her ). It is probable that she might have got her client $ 1.2 or perhaps a little more if she could have generated some early on interest. Yet, the high listing price was a total turn off. Its probable that she was a “friend” of the seller. Choosing a friend in this case may have cost the seller $ 50K or so.
