It varies and it can vary wildly. The fee/bonds/mello roos, etc. are not usually based on value so you can’t always use a percentage for the amount over 1%. Usually the newer places or the nicer places have the higher fees but there are exceptions. Those landscaped center medians don’t mow themselves. It’s neighborhood to neighborhood.
