It seems pretty random in places and as if it favors the worst abusers/system workers in others. I am not sure. I am waiting for the news report with examples of someone who got away with murder to come out. Anyone have an actual case study for a seriously beneficial loan mod to a seriously unworthy candidate? I wouldn’t mention names.
I know some people who seriously cashed out loan proceeds,from several houses in some cases, and subsequently got loan mods but I don’t know if those loan mods were a “good deal” or not.
