It might go a little lower, but that still could be a good deal. Check to make sure the HOA is in good shape. Find out what units like that rent for — I’m guessing $1200-1400? Figure out your monthly payment with deduction/etc… and if it’s close to the rent you’re probably not going to regret it long term. Certainly things are heading in the right direction now!
