It just appears that there is no more land because the houses you are looking at are almost as big as the lots.There is a plenty of land if you look to the east. Believe it or not the houses & land east of here all the way to the Carolinas can affect prices in San Diego. People and businesses will go there, as they have been doing,if this county doesn’t come back to San Diego’s regular high prices. There would be a lot of expensive empty bank owned houses in San Diego. IMO

Why has buying slowed down enormously in the last few years? Why are there so many foreclosures here and on the way?
