It is interesting because this neighborhood, specifically phases 1-3 or so, is the poster child for everything that went wrong in the housing industry that led up to this bubble. It is actually a very nice neighborhood, but it has further to fall IMO. If you stay away from the homes right on the train tracks you would be OK, it’s the ones right on the fence or near it I would worry about, although all could be impacted.
