It doesn’t matter how nice this school is. The airoso unit is overpriced by about $60-70k even by current market conditions.
I would be surprised if this unit is sold eventually in the low $500k.
The Crest at Del Mar unit is a great community. But it’s too inflated, epsecially with all the new apartment converts (Heights, Carmel Pointe), and opening of things like Pell Place (what a rip off)….. I wouldn’t be surprised to the Crest at Del Mar unit go for about $540k, lower if the location borders El Camino Real.
