It depends on what you mean by “pick up”. If by “pick up”, you mean an increase in home inventory, alcoholism, suicide, divorce, and the growing of vegetables on condo balconies, then you might be right. If you mean an increase in home sales, then I’m guessing you’ll be proven wrong.
