It came about because my grandmother lived in Couer D’Alene. When she died her estate loaned money to people for mortgages. When I took control there were two notes still left, both were and are in various states of default. The mobile home is one.
What kills me is the tenant completely junked the place. In theory I could go after her, but really she has no money and I have no easy way to see if she does.
