Ironically my HOA has a Rickshaw proposal on the table at our next meeting. There is a coffee shop and a wine bar across the street from my community. Bobby Dooley has proposed adding Rickshaw service and there is a groundswell of support for it to be supported out of our monthly HOA dues.
