Interesting. Yeah, I lived in Manhattan, worked as a RE broker out in the boroughs, industrial properties, Greenpoint to Red Hook and all the way out Atlantic Avenue to East New York. Did a couple of deals while I was there, 7-story textile loft in Bed-Stuy, warehouse, garage in Red Hook, etc. Market was slow, early 90’s. Great job, had a great time. Just nothing much happening.
