In just the past 2.5 weeks, I posted 30 NODs for La Jolla. Maybe all those loans will be modified and/or bought in bulk by investors.

PB has their share.
Point Loma and OB are fairing better.
Carmel Valley is seeing more NODs, particularly the condos and townhomes.
I have a thread on NODs in Encinitas that continue to trickle in.
I don’t monitor Del Mar or Solana Beach/Cardiff.
