i’m seeing better foreclosure prices again,
where there were insaneprices this summer on REO’s, now i’m seeing listings at almost rational prices.
my problem is i have this wonderful 2 BR apt at 1000/month in a nice neighborhood, to buy even the REO’s is still floating at 270K.
