I’m merely pointing out that, no matter what – housing bubble, no housing bubble, recession, financial meltdown, plague, planes falling from the sky – in some favored areas (like 4S Ranch) there will always be many Asians house-hunting and snatching any bargains.
San Elijo Hills, for example, is not favored by Asians, and things are much grimmer out there.
