I’m going to search (realtor.com) for a 3/2.5/2 house in San Diego in an area with 9/10 schools that I think will realistically sell for 400k +/- 5%.
That’s 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage
between 390000 and 420000
with a local great schools rating of at least 9 for elem/middle and 8 for high school.
