I’ll also second the meat at Costco.
In decresing order, meats are graded Prime Choice Select Some lower rating like “standard” or something – I forget.
I don’t remember if regular grocery stores sell select or something lower.
Costco, though sells Choice-graded meat and the price is good.
I’ll try that place on Diane – that’s really close to home for me.
I think FLU’s family must own a competing Chinese market. :O
