If you are not squatting then you are not lifting weights.
I’ve only been at this 3 months but I am already making bold obnoxious statements like that.
A leg press is not a squat. No relation.
Of course you are scared to squat. It’s difficult. I am scared every time I start.
No one is scared to get in a leg press.
And there is no need to grunt anywhere. Except while squatting.
Squatting causes grunting.
