If you are actually working to lift at your limit, is it natural to grunt?
The majority I see at the gym appears to be dicking around. 85 percent body swinging bicep curls 15 perc misc. Other lifts. Very few seem to be putting it all out there. When they’re done they look like they went for a stroll in the park.
The people with trainers are just chatting away while doing easy little reps. I swear I want to tell them to chat elsewhere. My grunting is less distracting than the endless blather about nonlifting topics between trainers am “trainees”.
