If projects like this are at least minimized, I think it will work out fine for those who want to protect a particular way of life they prefer living, but, for those who haven’t taken steps to ensure their heirs will be able to preserve that way of life, (should they choose to stay in San Diego–or CA in general) it may be a problem in the future.
