I’d say that “most” human life is more valuable than a dog’s. A genocidal mass murderer? A serial killer? A swindler who probably drove some to suicide? I have my doubts.
Not that I’d personally press the switch for the electric chair, but I’m not sure if I’d go out of my way to save their lives (over any other life form) either.
