i’d say it’s more than half the new expansion storefronts are empty. not sure. have to count. seems like the bigger “anchor” retailer spaces are in, but the smaller business fronts are all empty. i didn’t notice any smell. I liek the 40’s big band jazz that’s pumping in at all times.
