I’d rather have this for $500k. Coincidentally, this will bring it back to 2003 price.
Not me, too much especially for a paltry 1700 sq ft with a tiny yard. this house would have gone for around 300k (max) in Scripps in 2001. My first house I bought for just over 200k in Scripps in 2001, sans pool and wood floors, was very similar to this one.
