MM is alot quieter than PB, but you are married, what do you care? 🙂
That is a decient area, kinda a general sampling of MM overall. You will not have problems unless you have a house full of college students next door. Drive by the house at about 9 on a Sat night, and see who is around. I am in my 20’s still, so any good party house tips are always appreciated! Besides you have a driveway for parking as these are all SFR’s.
Watch out for the 15. I know the drive around that bend right by the post office can go from 40 to .000001 MPH at the busy times. Also, if your wife works off MM blvd, she is stuck, hope she likes listening to music in the car. If she works in the lower areas off the 5, take Calle Cristobal from Camino Ruiz. Much better drive.
