I wouldn’t be surprised to see class action lawsuits against these advertisers, real estate seminar promoters, even the NAR. Just wait until you have a million people in foreclosure in the US; that collective anger and desperation will seek to blame anybody and everybody. In our country, we have more lawyers than engineers, all standing by to serve their country in the court of law. What will be the Enron of real estate?
