I would say its a pretty prime piece of RSF real estate at a price well below what many people paid to live in tract homes nearby in CV, Encinitas and South Carlsbad. Winning at this game means being opportunistic and it can happen anytime in the resale game (new homes are a different matter as you cant buy what’s not being built). He’s a winner in my book.
