I would not buy in that subdivision. Ted Williams removes the Carmel Mountain’s ‘walkability’. The Bluffs at least have the elementary school going for it.
The houses are few years newer than the rest of the Carmel Mountain.
If I had to spend that kind of money in that general area I would probably go with this place. The area is quiet, the lots are bigger, all houses are single story, walk to middle school, high school, Henry’s, playground, two community centers.
Actually, if I had to spend that kind of money in that general area I would get 2-3 condos @ Y2K prices.
