I work across the street. Run away from them! Wood frame construction, right on Heart attack alley. No real amenities, fairly high HOA’s, and if those are the “Builder short sale” prices, they are smoking crack.
I see that stupid sign and kept meaning to walk over and get a new price sheet, but at those prices (still), never mind.
