I went out with Henry Rollin’s best friend Joe Cole a few times before he died (a few years later-I didn’t do it). Never met Henry though. I liked Rollins band too, but he lost me when he got into that spoken word stuff.
Allen- have you been to any shows lately and seen any good new bands? I’m so out of the loop now that I’m married with kids. The last time I was at a show was 2004 (I think?)- It was a black Flag reunion with Greg Ginn at the Palladium. Right before that I saw Gwar somewhere– If you haven’t seen them live you have to- they are hilarious.
